潛聚力誠意邀請您加入成為我們的一份子，一同以推動香港休閒潛水運動的安全及生態保護為目標， 並為潛水界添一分力量。

您的會費有助本會持續地發展, 推廣潛水安全和生態保護的活動。
您的參與更代表一份支持。
會員年費為港幣一百元, 會籍不得轉讓, 並於每年的十二月份作更新, 屆時會員將會收到續會通知書。

會員須知
潛聚力有權取消或拒絕閣下的會籍申請。
本會遵照香港特別行政區的『個人資料（私隱）條例』保證完全依從，只會將個人資料作通訊聯絡之用。
潛聚力保留隨時修改、增加或取消上述福利而毋須事前通知。

請使用自動櫃員機、網上理財入數至 恆生銀行 259-9-099898 並填寫 網上會員申請表 ，或下載及列印 會員申請表 並以正楷填寫，連同抬頭為“潛聚力”的劃線支票寄交 尖沙咀郵政局 郵政信箱編號 97470 。

Membership Application

Divers Kinetic sincerely invites you to join us in the promotion of safety in recreational diving and marine conservation.

Your subscription fee will not only help us to develop steadily and to organise activities relating to the promotion of diving safety and marine conservation but also a vote of support to our work.

The annual membership subscription fee is HK$100 and memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Membership is renewable in December of each year and members will be notified individually for membership renewal.

Members Privileges
Membership privileges include:

1. Members will have first priority for activities where attendance is limited
2. Members will have discount for activities organized by Divers Kinetic
3. Members will receive regular e-newsletter

Notice to Members

Divers Kinetic reserves the right to refuse your membership application.

We will ensure full compliance to the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance under the laws of Hong Kong. Personal data collected will be used for communication and correspondence purposes only.

Divers Kinetic reserves the right to amend or delete any of the membership privileges above without prior notice.

Please deposit through ATM / ebanking to Hang Seng Bank 259-9-099898 and complete Online Membership Application Form or download & print out this Membership Application Form and complete it in BLOCK LETTERS. Then post it together with a crossed cheque to the Membership Department of Divers Kinetic, P.O. Box No. 97470 Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office. Cheque should be made payable to "Divers Kinetic".
