Introduction to Divers Kinetic
潛聚力 (Divers Kinetic) 成立於 2004年，是香港的非牟利志願組織，致力提高休閑潛水的安全意識，以減少潛水意外事故，並藉著不同的活動，向潛水員傳遞重視海洋生態保護的訊息，從而推動更環保及安全的潛水運動文化，使香港休閑潛水運動能持續健康發展，發揚「安潛為上，護海為本」的精神。
本會轄下的一個網上留言版 － hkdiver.com，為本地及海外的潛水員或對潛水活動有興趣的人士，提供一個方便的交流平台。除了作為活動安排及聯絡通訊之用，潛聚力更會透過此留言版，宣揚本會的宗旨，結聚各方的力量，為香港的休閑潛水活動及海洋生態出一分力。
潛聚力已計劃與各機構及潛會合作，於不久將來推出一系列活動；其中包括：講座、研討會、潛水活動等等，希望透過不同的討論、研究、親身體驗等，推廣潛聚力一眾成員的共同理念，使之得以貫徹實行。
Divers Kinetic (潛聚力) was established in 2004 and is a non-profit organization purely run by voluntary staff. Our aim is to raise the awareness of safety in recreational diving and to reduce diving related incidents. Through various activities, we hope to deliver the important message of marine conservation to all divers and to promote a more environmental friendly and safer diving culture, thereby supporting the sustainability of recreational diving in HK and promoting our spirit of "Safety and Conservation".
hkdiver.com, a message board operated by Divers Kinetic, provides a convenient discussion forum for local and overseas divers and anyone with an interest in underwater activities. In addition to organizing activities and as a mean of communication to members, we will also promote our aims and visions through this message board and to consolidate the efforts from various sources so that we can contribute in the promotion of recreation diving and marine conservation in Hong Kong.
We are planning to cooperate with other organizations and dive operators to arrange for a series of activities in the near future which includes lecture, workshop, diving trip etc. and we hope the shared vision of Divers Kinetic can be promoted and implemented through these discussions, research and sharing of personal experiences.
